2 mile warm-up with last 800 up tempo (5:00 pace) Dynamics, and drills. 6X 100 easy, easy, medium, medium. hard (13.1) hard (12.9) 3 X 150 @ 19.7---20.3---20.3 (felt very relaxed) 200 @ 95% (25.0) last 40 meters broke form, struggled a little 20 minutes easy. 6 X 100 e-e-m-m-m-h Very easy workout. hopefully will feel really fresh for Sat. No rain please. |
