A little windy out there compared to yesterday's perfect weather, but you gotta run it anyways. Goal was to run 5 X 800 w/ 2:00 recovery with 1st lap in 70. Warm-up 2miles. 6 X 100 eemmhh. 5 X 800---1. 2:18.6 (70-68)---2. 2:19.3 (70-69)--- 3. 2:20.0 (70-69)---4. 2:20.1 (70-69)---5. 2:13.8 (70-63) 800 recovery. 4X 150 cutdowns. 1. 21.8---2. 20.6---3. 19.2--- 4. 18.4---20 minute cool down. Workout felt relaxed. No strain, but my mind was doubting myself all the time. |
