Raining, but not too cold. Short sharpening workout. Warm-up 2 miles. 6 X 100 eemmhh. 3 X 150---19.8---19.3---18.8 4 X 400 cutdowns w/ 200 recovery. 1. 64.0/ 200---2. 63.1/ 200--- 3. 62.3/ 200---4. 61.2/ 200---800 rec 2 X 200 w/ 200 recovery. 1. 31.2--- 2. 29.8--- 3. 30.0---4. 28.6--- cool down 2 mile recovery Felt sleepy this morning, and it was hard to get going. Thankfully didn't have a problem completing workout, but really wanted to go take a nap. I never workout at 8:00 am. |
