Saturday workout
Pretty warm out there---90 degrees when I ran, but I was near a cold water fountain, so I was able to handle it.  Warm-up 2 miles easy with strides and drills.  6 X 100 eemmhh

Ran 3 sets of 800-400-200 cut downs.  goal was 64's for 800...

Willamette Last Chance 1500
Very windy out there today, so I wasn't expecting any fast times.  Winner ran fast with a pacer, but I wasn't ready to roll 60 second laps.

Took 6th place in 4:03.39.  Laps went 64-66 (2:11)-65 (3:16)-46.
