Sunday Tempo Run

Ran home from work at 12:00am. Decided to do my long run this way, as it is 12 miles home from work. Mostly uphill too. Started out slow, then picked it up until the last mile, which I used as a cool down. 6:20--6:25--5:45UH--5:30UH--5:15--5:15--5:25UH--5:25UH--5:10--5:15--5:45--6:30. Legs were a little stiff at first, but the whole run felt smooth. Good to not feel lothargic, but i'm usually wide awake that late at night anyways. |
