Thursday's (easy) workout

Cruised through a short workout. Felt very comfortable. Warm-up 2miles. 6X 100 meters eemmhh. 2X 150 @ 20.2 300 @ 90%--- 39.7 (13.1-13.4-13.2) Surprised I didn't fall apart. Kept a good steady rhythm, but did notice my form starting to crack around 40 meters to go. Think that's my fastest 300 in a lot of years. That's around 53 for 400, and my PR for that is 52.7 from college. 800 recovery. 4 X 200 w/ 60 sec. recovery. 30.2----29.8---30.2---29.2---2 mile recovery. 6 X 100 eemmmh. |
