Another nice relaxed workout out at Nike. Paced 6 X 400 on track and 4 X 800 on grass for the girls. Nice and smooth and nothing crazy. Supposed to lock in at 64 and did just that. 64.2 (400)---64.5 (400)---64.8 (400)---64.9 (400)---65.3 (400)---64.7 (800) 4 X 800 on grass (goal---2:35 effort) 2:35.2 (400)---2:37.8 (400)---2:36.8 (400)---2:34.6 (Done) Nice to know that this feels really easy.
