Supposed to be an easy workout with ample rest. 16 X 200 with a 400 meter break halfway through. Worked out with KD and DM, and alternated each 200. 31.7 (1:45r)---31.5 (1:45r)---29.8 (1:45r)---30.0 (1:45r) 30.7 (1:45r)---30.7 (1:45r)---30.5 (1:45r)---30.4 (3:00r) 30.4 (1:45r)---30.3 (1:45r)---30.4 (1:45r)---30.0 (1:45r) 30.3 (1:45r)---30.5 (1:45r)---30.5 (1:45r)---30.5 Done Felt smooth and easy; first couple were a little stiff, as Tuesday's workout was still in the legs. These were supposed to be at 1500 pace, so at least they felt alright and not forced. |
