5-17-09 Long Run and mini workout

Ran with the fellas on Leif Erikson for 11 miles...wanted 14, but legs were telling me we didn't need anymore mileage. The sun tends to make me want to go longer. Anyways, started off slow and cruised through 11 pretty consistent. 6:25's on the way out, and 6:05's on the way back. Went down to Lincoln, and did 4 X 300 with MK. 4:00 recovery in between each rep. 41.2----41.2----41.5----40.8. Felt smooth but a tad heavy. Decided 4 was enough.
