Windy and cold, but finished my workout without struggling too much. It's hard to run by yourself. 6X100 easy medium hard. 150 @ 20.6--- 150 @ 20.3--- 150 @ 20.3--- 200 @ 27.0 all with a 200 shag. 500 @ 1:16.3 400 recovery. 61 enroute 500 @ 1:17.8 400 recovery. 62 enroute 500 @ 1:16.2 400 recovery 61 enroute 800 recovery. 4X70 meter hill easy, medium, hard, hard. Last half of workout was supposed to be medium effort. 600 @ 1:40 (67-33) 400 recovery 400 @ 64.5 200 recovery 300 @ 47.2 100 recovery 200 @ 31.0 2 mile cool down.
